Stop the “Buffet Tax”

The OECD reports that the U.S. has the most “progressive” taxes in the world. (http://tinyurl.com/3mxwgc6) That means we already make our rich people pay more taxes than any other country does. And yet President Obama recommends what amounts to an “Alternative Minimum Tax” on millionaires. (http://tinyurl.com/3lrblpf) I urge you to reject this misguided idea.

Cecil County Commissioner Hodge Proposes Wastewater Connection Fee Hikes; Board Says “Not So Fast”

The Cecil County Commissioners were set to vote tonight on a waste water connection fee proposal that would greatly increase the cost of development in Cecil County. The proposal would increase connection fees by thousands of dollars per unit charged to developers for linking into the county waste water treatment system.
