2011 GAO Report Finds Govt. Waste and Duplication

Below is a Government Accountability Office (GAO) report outlining duplicate federal programs and functions that could be streamlined to accomplish greater government efficiencies. This report, released today, identifies redundancies in more than 546 individual programs.
