Senator Nancy Jacobs and Others Wrong on MDTA Toll Increases

Recently, Republican Senator Nancy Jacobs, Democrat Delegate Mary Delany-James, and others have been publicly claiming “victory” in the battle over the toll increases. A new toll increase plan was released by the MDTA that was less than what was initially proposed–but the newly revised plan is still a substantial increase of tolls in the state of Maryland and locally in Cecil and Harford Counties.
