Below is the MD House Republican Caucus budget proposal that, if enacted, would balance the state budget without increasing taxes.  If nothing else this set of slides shows that the state of Maryland is in grave trouble if bold cuts are not implemented soon.  The liberal attempt to tax-n-spend the citizens of the state of Maryland all the way to prosperity is not working–as evidenced by our ballooning budget problem.  Take a look–you decide:
