Cecil County Commissioner Robert Hodge makes a statement for the cameras on his efforts to reach Constant Yield for 2011 budget. While we appreciate his work, I have to note that every other candidate actually used the words “will not vote for tax increase”, while Hodge only committed to working “as hard as we can” — don’t know why he would want to leave himself wiggle room on this issue. We’ll see how he votes when the time comes. I’m hoping (and fully expecting) he will vote for a no-tax-increase budget for 2011. Video after the link…
